As an undergraduate student pursuing a degree in agribusiness management, Maddi Neff landed a dream summer internship in 2012 as a wrangler for Sombrero Ranch in Colorado.
With a passion for horses, Neff returned to Sombrero Ranch the following summer and also tended a herd of 90 horses for Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch in Loveland.
After graduating in May 2014, Neff returned to the Rocky Mountains to build her home and career.
“Both ranches offered me full time positions upon graduation,” she said. “Ideally, one day, I would like to become a sales representative for a major boot company.”
